<title>Climbing the Via Ferrata at Nelson Rocks Preserve, West Virginia</title>
	<link>http://www.adventurechick.net/climbing/via-ferrata-wv-092808/index.php</link>
<description>The Nelson Rocks Preserve in Northeastern West Virginia is only one of a handful of Via Ferrata's in North America. The route consists of iron rungs to climb, all the while you are attached to a fixed cable. The route takes about 3 hours. This was my second time on this via ferrata route and it still holds the same thrill.

		<title>Caving in West Virginia - Hamilton Cave</title>
	<link>http://www.adventurechick.net/CAVES/hamilton-092708/index.php</link>
<description>After work on Friday I drove to my friends house where we piled into my Jeep, then we headed for West Virginia. We met up at a campground where our other caving friends were. Saturday morning, rain and all, we caved in 3 caves. Afterwards, a bit tired and hungry, we headed back to the campground for a shower and some grub. The rain had stopped so we were able to make a campfire, which made for a perfect ending to the day.

<title>Caving in West Virginia - New Trout Cave</title>
	<link>http://www.adventurechick.net/CAVES/kee-092708/index.php</link>
<description>Kee Cave is considered a fairly popular cave with about 2,000 fett of surveyed passage. The cave has 2 entrances, both of which are dry crawls that open to high narrow canyons. There was some climbing involved in this cave.
